How long will we keep your data?
Your data will be retained as long as necessary for the provision of services or, where applicable, as long as the relationship between the parties lasts. In any case, they will be kept while you do not request their deletion and for the necessary time to comply with the legal obligations applicable to each type of data.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The processing of personal data related to maintaining your relationship with the Notary Office is legally justified as it is necessary to comply with contractual obligations arising from that relationship. Processing your personal data for these purposes is strictly necessary to meet the stated legal obligations.

Who will receive your data?
As a general rule, data will not be disclosed to third parties unless legally required.
However, your data may be shared with the following recipients for the reasons explained below and only when necessary for purposes related to the relationship between the parties:
